[BUG] Translate parser failure reasons shown to users #40

The translated indexing-failure message includes an untranslated internal reason. Users can see implementation terms instead of a readable explanation in their selected language.

Context

Deferred finding 🟢9 from PR #34: #34, which addresses #23. Source reviewed: 8c38f1c.

Both parser aborts and parse timeouts pass an internal category directly into the translated message. The review's approximate location has moved in the pinned source; the message construction and English template were checked before filing.

Acceptance criteria

• Present localized, user-readable reasons for parser abort and parse timeout.
• Keep internal categories available for diagnostics, not as untranslated display text.
• Preserve the affected-file information and explicit retry/disable guidance.
• Cover both failure reasons in tests and maintain translation completeness.

Constraints/Preferences

Do not change failure classification or restart behavior. This issue concerns the user-facing wording.
