Use [Zoom](https://zoom.us/) to manage meetings, retrieve invitations and recordings, and list past participants. Meeting and recording webhooks can start workflows.

Connect a Zoom account from the block or **Integrations** in your workspace sidebar. For account-level authentication, follow the [Server-to-Server OAuth setup](/integrations/zoom-service-account). Manage or disconnect the saved credential from **Integrations**.
### Connect your account

Connect from a Zoom block or from **Integrations** in your workspace. For an account-level connection, use [Server-to-Server OAuth](/integrations/zoom-service-account).

1. Open **Integrations → Zoom** in your workspace and select **Add to Sim → Connect with OAuth**.
2. Give the connection a name you will recognize in the workflow's **Zoom Account** picker.
3. On Zoom's authorization page, check the signed-in account. Select **Switch account** if needed, then authorize Sim.
4. Return to your workflow and select that saved connection in the Zoom block. For a read-only check, choose **List Meetings** with user ID `me`.

The picker lists saved connection names. If you have several Zoom accounts, give each connection a distinct name and select the one you want in each block.

### Disconnect

Manage the saved connection in **Integrations** to disconnect it from Sim. Workflows that use it will need another connection. To revoke the Zoom grant, open **Zoom App Marketplace → My Library**, find Sim, and select **More → Remove**. Revoking the grant can affect other Sim connections using that same Zoom account and app.

Disconnecting does not delete Zoom meetings, recordings, or existing Sim workflow logs. Contact [help@sim.ai](mailto:help@sim.ai) for support or data-deletion requests.

[Zoom Search](/search/zoom) uses a separate read-only app and connection. A workflow connection does not authorize Search.

Zoom Search requires deployment enablement and organization access before setup or retrieval is available. Ask your admin about availability if Zoom is missing.

1. An admin adds **Zoom → Member accounts** in **Settings → Sources**.
2. Each person selects **Integrations → Zoom → ⋯ → Connect**, signs in, and authorizes the read permissions. Zoom account-admin approval may be needed.
2. Each person opens **Integrations → Zoom**, selects **Connect**, and authorizes the read permissions. Your Zoom admin may need to approve the app.
3. Return to Sim, confirm the account appears, and search a known meeting. Read the result and follow its source link.

A workflow Zoom connection does not authorize Search. Its dedicated app registration prevents Search reauthorization from replacing or narrowing a workflow app's grant.

## Disconnect and troubleshoot

In **Integrations**, open Zoom's **…** menu, select **Disconnect** for the account, and confirm. This stops use in the organization. Workflows using that same connection lose access; other members' connections are unaffected.
Open **Integrations → Zoom**, select **Disconnect**, and confirm. Workflows that use this managed connection lose access too. Workflow blocks that use a separate Zoom OAuth connection keep their access.

To remove Zoom authorization too, open **Zoom App Marketplace → My Library**, find the Search app, and select **More → Remove**. Account admins may control removal. Disconnecting does not delete meetings/recordings or existing Sim conversations. [Zoom removal instructions](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062865).
