README: a fuller pane example, and the licence up front - #5

The README had the gif and a glyph legend, so the only still picture of the tree was the one in your head. This is a real frame from the demo world at 72 columns, with the tool-call strips, a blocked agent, a stalled one, the returned list and the footer, and a few paragraphs reading it back. Moves the MIT line from the last line of the file to the top, next to the other thing someone wants to know before they install anything.

Adds a real frame from the demo world (72 columns, rendered by the actual renderer rather than typed by hand) under "The marks", with the tool-call strips, a blocked agent, a stalled one, the
RETURNEDlist and the footer. A few paragraphs read it back: what the✔and▸lines are, why there are two flags, what the right column shows, and what34 quietcounts.Moves the MIT line from the last line of the file up next to "It is read-only", and says commercial use is included, since that is the other thing someone wants settled before they install anything.
