Mullion を gh で v0.3.0 の Release から入れ（SHA-256 照合・検疫属性の除去）、~/.config/mullion/settings.json を配る。HTTP API は個人用 PC だけ有効。
検証: sh -n、chezmoi diff（Mac mini で差分なし）、個人用・会社用の設定の描画。
