README only. Adds an Origin paragraph near the top and a Credits section before Test: the QR encoder, decoder and browser layer are a port of paulmillr/qr 0.7.0 (MIT OR Apache-2.0, ZXing-derived), verified byte for byte against it by the oracle; Code 128 is original to this package.
