refactor: remove old version references

@shyim I checked the command that generates the JWT secrets and this was removed in 6.7 (removed it here from the table already -> 0f42593) - question is do we still want this to be in shopware-cli or smhw deprecate it?

The command is mentioned in the helper command file as well

We can remove it there too, but i would keep it because of old shopware versions in shopware-cli
