PySol FE is generally fine on a multi monitor system, but a couple of improvements would make it so much better:
It should remember which monitor it was on when it closed. Currently I would typically play PySol on my right hand monitor with something else on the primary monitor. I can move PySol no problems, and it works. But when I close and restart it's back to the main monitor again.
Any popup dialog boxes appear on the main monitor no matter where the game is running. It's frustrating to go and find the dialog. It should always appear dead centre of the primary window irrespective of the monitor it's running on.
Finally had a chance to test the PR. On Windows, the select game/cardset/table tile windows do display on the same screen correctly. But other dialogs (like statistics or the solitaire wizard) end up somewhere in the middle when I'm on the right hand screen. And the loading window always shows on the main monitor, where the app always starts.

Multi-monitor user as well. I've seen similar behavior.
Would have to check what tkinter can do about it.

@Slugsie any chance you'd want to test #585 as a potential fix?

The merged PR #585 appears to resolve this. Closing now, thanks.
