Silliest Person BOT
i think i already made a post in development but i think i found the problem, when i plug in my midi controller (if relevant: Launchpad Mini MK3) and start ableton, it automatically sets the control surface to something i did not intend to have and that basically makes it impossible to use my launchpad as a normal midi controller (when i switch from session mode to one of the midi modes it still believes im in session mode).
im unsure if it is a bug with ableton, ableton-linux or my launchpad. i just know that ableton adds the second entry in the screenshot when i start it up and that i have to remove it myself for me to be able to use the midi functionality and not just pick a clip slot with my midi input. i can try to see if that bug also happens on another midi keyboard or if its just the launchpad, but im currently lending it to someone else
