feat: modernise UI for web integrated AI chat

Description

This migrates the agentic chat tool in the little chat bubble to a more modern sidebar approach integrated into the wallet. A kind of "chat with your wallet" feel.

In future phases we'll need to consider access to the ai chat from mobile and without a wallet conected

Risk

Low risk, these changes are intentionally walled off from any important logic to avoid breaking anything. Worst case it could crash or slow down the wallet drawer.

Testing

• Smoke test the wallet drawer and make sure it doesn't feel slower or break when you click around it
• Test "AI Chat" button on the wallet drawer and talk to the agent
• Test chat state and make sure it resets and or doesn't stay open when you expect it not to (e.g. open and close the drawer should go back to regular wallet)

Engineering

• Make sure this doesn't show up when flag is turned off

Operations

• 🏁 My feature is behind a flag and doesn't require operations testing (yet)
