[regarding enabling/disabling individual effects - i see that it's a tracked feature, just adding my own +1 to supporting this feature coming someday! as well, it would be huge to be able to set "profiles" with enabled/disabled states for different effects, ]

as well as per-item effect durations (instead of global times for all effects, which could still remain as an option!)
