The starter README listed different tracks from the current Paris event page. This aligns the three track names with Luma and maps all nine starter projects to suggested starting points.
A preparation checklist covers participant access status, installation, the fictional sample commands, Discord access and submission preparation. It keeps Business activation pending and defers official deadlines and judging rules to the organizers.
