`push:` had no branch filter, so every push to a PR branch triggered the 15-job matrix twice: once for `push`, once for `pull_request`. Scoping it to main matches pre-commit.yml and codeql-analysis.yml and halves CI load on PR branches. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
