Feature Request: Can you tuck codeindex.json and symbolindex.json into your .codeindex folder?

Just to keep things in the repo a bit more tidy.

Just started using codeindex because of all the other programs like this, yours was the only one that caught and monitors a specific issue I was having. Thank you!

This was completed by learning that I can hide those files in the macOS Finder via a Terminal command to set file visibility flags.
