Local stdio server (Docker)

Clients that only speak stdio (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, …) can run the same tool catalogue locally. The container starts and answers MCP introspection (initialize / tools/list) with no network and no secrets; tool calls are proxied to the hosted x402 endpoint, so payment stays per call in USDC on Base.
