UPS Rates Response XML in an Array .... BLANK Array {}

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I enter my 3 requested pieces of information and click submit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I thought I was to see an array of information.

Instead I just get:

Array

)


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0 running on Linux Fedora

I have same issue with my test_ship with my request XML. Please guide me. I am getting blank response
