The v2 library is the default, so the staging URL step is gone, and the notes cover moving to it from an alpha or from v0.4.8. Known issues fixed since alpha.2 (#320, #314, the slow size refresh) are dropped, the Settings tab and prefetch.mode change are described, and the NASA VJ146A4 citation is included for night lighting.
