Minor updates to code so that it runs on modern python (tested on 3.11). Created a new Mac .app file.

V0.3.1 beta (Bug Fixes)

Fixed the remaining known bug and removed some stray debugging print statements. Also, refreshing spectra should now be about twice as fast.

Mac OSX: a standalone executable is now available (nmrmint.app.zip).
Windows, 64-bit: a standalone executable is now available(nmrmint.exe).
