With this patch every push to main and every pull request runs a CI pipeline on GitHub: composer.json validation, a PHP lint across all supported PHP versions (8.2 to 8.5), a coding guideline check and PHPStan on level max against TYPO3 13.4. Dependabot keeps the used GitHub Actions up to date. The PHP requirement is widened to PHP 8.2 up to 8.5, the README version matrix reflects this. The configuration files for PHP-CS-Fixer and Rector move from Build/ into the project root. The unused Fractor dependency is removed.
