Patch release from a first-time-user test of 0.4.0. Both slug vocabularies (framework_summary and release files) accepted everywhere; cybed_fetch returns framework_slug and release_slug. framework_similarity errors on unknown slugs. Python accepts a bare string slug. version accepts the data-v prefix. README, Concordance quick start and getting-started vignette lead with cybed_fetch/load_graph; pipeline moved to a maintainers section. Concordance footer links fixed. CITATION abstract and DESCRIPTION no longer describe an R-only pipeline or hand-list frameworks. CSEC2017 held from data release 2026.09.2. Data release DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22884320. Python 0.1.1.
