cybed_fetch() and load_graph() defaulted to a 'latest' release tag that does not exist on GitHub, so calls without a version returned 404. Both R and Python now default to the data release this package version was built against (2026.09.2). Release files use short slugs (nice) while framework_summary uses versioned ones (nice-v2): fetch now accepts either, via the manifest's license_slug. Examples used a slug the release does not carry and now use a valid one. Verified live against data-v2026.09.2 in both languages.
