Description
When a sub-level loads in it seems to load in at the wrong position and is then quickly teleported to the correct position. This normally isn't visible, but it leaves enough time for entities to take a single tick of suffocation damage if near the ground and void damage if near the void. The loading can be caused by re-logging or by the sub-level entering a players simulation distance. Players are unaffected by this, because when a player leaves the world seated, they rejoin unseated.
Testing was done with a sub-level consisting of a single create seat and monitoring the y-level of an entity sitting in that seat using a repeating command block.
Some example placement and reload positions:
placed at -63, loaded at -254
placed at -60, loaded at -248 (screenshot)
placed at 300, loaded at: 472
placed at 200, loaded at 272
placed at 127, loaded at 126
placed at 130, loaded at 132
