The existing `gimp` entry only matches the native build. Flatpak Gimp uses the app id `org.gimp.GIMP`, so its `GIMP Startup` splash was not blacklisted by default and was being remembered/restored. Add an entry for `org.gimp.GIMP` so flatpak users get the same out-of-the-box behavior as native users.
