…ooth start of author mode - The "Loading the book for editing… n of m" notice gets a bar that fills as the pages arrive (role=progressbar); when the book is whole the bar fills and fades out instead of vanishing. - While the book loads, the editor's layout is already in place: quiet placeholders where the tool rail and the sidebar will be, and the sidebar's room kept, so the pages do not shrink and jump when editing begins. The real rail and sidebar fade in over the placeholders. Reduced motion: no animation, still no jump. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Brings
produp tomain. A push toprodruns the release workflow: lint, typecheck, tests, then publishes@chalk-format/core,/reader,/pdfand/library-serverat the version inrelease.json, and tags it.Merge #54 (the bump to 0.1.6) first. If this is merged while
release.jsonstill says 0.1.5, the workflow publishes nothing (0.1.5 is already on npm).Carries #53 (reader: progress bar while a book loads for editing, smooth start of author mode). #51 (hand-drawn line boxes) is already on
prodbut was never published.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
