Bump every package to 0.2.0 (pnpm bump --release minor).

Minor rather than patch because v0.1.2..main contains a breaking change and two features:

• feat(vscode)!: remove the rstack.enable master switch (ba50b1b)
• feat(vscode): not-installed state for config imports, recover by polling (feat(vscode): not-installed state for config imports, recover by polling #51)
• fix(vscode): apply trace.server live, drop stale rslint.json watcher (fix(vscode): apply trace.server live, drop stale rslint.json watcher, port unicode-bom E2E #44)
• fix(vscode): treat any unresolved bare config import as not installed (fix(vscode): treat any unresolved bare config import as not installed #57)

After merge: run the Release workflow from main (see CONTRIBUTING.md → Releasing).
