Motivation
Give homepage visitors a clear next step after exploring the CLI commands.
Changes
Add a localized get-started section above the footer with a copyable project creation command and a quick-start link, arranged side by side on desktop and stacked on mobile. Refine section spacing and update the footer community links by adding Reddit, placing Bluesky before X, and removing npm.
