Motivation
Keep homepage command copy and its inline links together so both languages are easier to edit.
Changes
Move the English and Chinese command copy from the translation catalog into Commands.tsx, with refined wording including Jest-style APIs. Add project and build benchmark links using Rspress Link and its document styles.
