Motivation
Make more guides and community channels accessible from the homepage and align the footer with the content above it.
Changes
Add localized API reference, IDE integration, and migration links, plus X and Bluesky under Community. Align the footer columns with the command sections and use a lighter 600 weight for the existing 1.125rem headings.
