This PR makes generated projects Git-ready by default so Git-dependent setup can run immediately.
It adds a
gitboolean option that defaults totrue, reuses an enclosing worktree to avoid nested repositories, and keeps initialization failures non-blocking. Consumers can passgit: falsefrom CLI options such as--not-git.
