This PR makes generated projects Git-ready by default so Git-dependent setup can run immediately.

It adds a git boolean option that defaults to true, reuses an enclosing worktree to avoid nested repositories, and keeps initialization failures non-blocking. Consumers can pass git: false from CLI options such as --not-git.
