  • Bump the Android app to versionName 0.3.0 / versionCode 4 (APK: ClassAppTriage-0.3.0-<buildType>.apk).
  • Enable .github/workflows/android.yml on pushes to master and on pull requests touching android/** or the workflow, and update CLAUDE.md to match.
  • On a v* tag push, build as usual and then a new release job attaches the debug APK to that tag's GitHub release. The job creates the release (with generated notes) if it doesn't exist yet, or uploads to it if it was created from the Releases page. Only this job gets contents: write; the workflow default stays contents: read.

Verified locally: ./gradlew testDebugUnitTest lintDebug assembleDebug passes. The release job only runs on tags, so this PR's CI doesn't exercise it; the first v0.3.0 tag push will.
