Summary

Everything since the last merge to main.

Fetching the diff now takes whichever route the forge allows: the service worker for github.com, whose .diff redirects to a host a content script cannot fetch under Manifest V3, and a page-world relay for GitHub Enterprise, whose media path refuses anything attributed to an extension.

Enterprise hosts are granted at runtime from a toolbar popup rather than baked into the manifest, so no private hostname ships in the repository or a store listing.

Also fixes the panel mounting into the page header on current github.com, a parser bug that read a diff's trailing newline as a context line and wrongly reported files as not matching, and a re-mount loop that was cancelling clicks in the file tree. Adds the extension icon, the Chrome Web Store listing copy, and the landing page for sofa.rousanali.com.

A single page for sofa.rousanali.com, served by GitHub Pages from docs/: what
the extension is for, what it looks like, the keyboard, how to install it before
the store listing lands, and what it does with your data. No dependencies, no
build step, and it follows the reader's light or dark preference.

The CNAME file carries the custom domain, which Pages needs alongside the DNS
record.
Pages' branch deployments only accept the repository root or docs/, and docs/ is
wanted for documentation, so the site moves to landing/ and is published by a
workflow that uploads that folder as the Pages artifact. Needs Settings > Pages
> Source set to GitHub Actions.
