- 要求 Stage1 在 gate_result=proceed 时完整输出 gate_trace 关键节点
- 将 analysis_mode 传入 Stage1 prompt 构建流程
- 保持 optimized 模式的程序预填充行为不变
- 补充原始/优化模式提示词单元测试
