Recreated the GitHub-rendered view of helloworld-print.pdf as helloworld.md. Includes the summary table of all 14 programming languages and properly formatted code blocks with build/run instructions for each, matching the original PDF content exactly (including the intentional inconsistencies in the source, e.g. the Dlang build command).
