When a CI sub-job is re-run, the CI Test Result display is not updated. #23869

Explain what you would like to see improved and how.
When a CI sub-job is re-run (for example to smooth over a transient issue), the CI Test Result display is not updated (it still display the test failures from the previous (sub)runs. Ideally this would work as the alternative is to re-run all the jobs (which is more time and resource consuming).

is this still the case? I did not see this happening. Maybe we can take this as an example #23864 ? Alma8 was restarted there.

As the aforementioned PR demonstrates, that must have been a glitch.
