This is the command line program for using Centigram's TruVoice text-to-speech system.
TruVoice is the successor to the Speech Plus Prose 2000 since Centigram acquired Speech Plus in the early 90s.

The code for the speak window is released under MIT. the included DLLs (and decompiled code by extension) for TruVoice is proprietary abandonware.
