Purpose/implementation Section
What scientific question is your analysis addressing?
Making the STAR SJ junction expression heatmaps
What was your approach?
Calculate "library size" from star junctions for CPM calculations - probably should update this to the real value.
Summarize junction counts per plot group for all genes.
Configured this repo to write to RDS.
Added a fix for events with antisense genes being represented twice (also wrote the logic directly into the initial script to deal with the problem if reran).
Draft as I need to finish the data release that supplied the files and update docs.
