fix: change waitUntil from published to validated to avoid CI timeout - #25

Maven Central publishing can take 5-30 min; polling until published caused a 30-min timeout. validated means the bundle passed all checks and will publish automatically — CI no longer needs to wait. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Protocol change: high→critical, normal→urgent, low→normal (default, no suffix).
normal priority now uses the bare subject $mq9.AI.MAILBOX.MSG.{mail_id} with
no suffix; urgent/critical append .urgent/.critical. Wildcard .* matches all
priorities including normal.
- All 6 SDK clients: Priority enum, subject helpers, parseIncoming updated
- All 6 SDK tests: assertions updated to new priority values and subjects
- All 6 demo scripts: send calls updated (critical/urgent/normal)
- docs/mq9-protocol.md: fix subscribe .* description (matches all priorities)
- langchain-mq9 tools: description and demo updated
