Add CreatePublicMailboxTool, ListMessagesTool, DeleteMessageTool. Update toolkit, init, docs, and demo accordingly.

Add CreatePublicMailboxTool, ListMessagesTool, DeleteMessageTool.
Update toolkit, __init__, docs, and demo accordingly.
