Updates all project documentation to accurately reflect the actual implementation completed in Phase 1 Week 2.

• spec.md: Updated testing framework from Jasmine/Karma → Vitest (TypeScript-first approach)

📋 Plan Updates

• plan.md: Updated Principle 2 to reference Vitest unit tests (≥80% coverage requirement)

✅ Task Status Updates

• phase-1-week-2-detailed-tasks.md:
  • Status changed to "✅ Landing Page COMPLETED" (November 18, 2025)
  • Admin dashboard, email templates, i18n infrastructure marked as deferred to Phase 2
  • Updated success criteria with completion checkmarks

📖 README Enhancements

• Added comprehensive Technology Stack section:
  • Frontend: Astro 5.15+ with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Infrastructure: PowerShell + Bicep (IaC), Azure Static Web Apps
