Prepare Core 3.0.0b15, the stabilization-freeze boundary decided by the owner on 2026-10-11, shipping everything merged since
v3.0.0b14. The changelog gains a[3.0.0b15]section covering the SDR panadapter (MOR-3151, MOR-3154–MOR-3158, MOR-3200–MOR-3202) and the remote controller lease and admission (MOR-3143, MOR-3144, MOR-3148, MOR-3149), the SDR source marked experimental and off by default, the controller lease marked experimental with admission enabled by the normal web/station startup, plus fixes #4004, #4025 and #4001. The fix PRs nominated for review (#3985–#3999 including MOR-3132 #3988 and MOR-3136 #3990) were each verified withgit merge-base --is-ancestor <merge-sha> v3.0.0b14as already contained in b14 and are not re-listed.refactor#4010 (MOR-3152) anddocs#4006 (MOR-3150) are omitted as operator-invisible for the packaged product. The b13-era IC-7300 telemetry known issue (MOR-3116) is not carried forward because the 3.0.0b14 changelog no longer lists it as open; the b14 known issue about pending Linux hardware audio acceptance is retained.pyproject.tomland only the root package entry inuv.lockmove to 3.0.0b15, mirroring the exact file set of the b14 release-prep PR #4000. Tag and PyPI publish are performed by the coordinator after merge.Checks:
