Closing in favour of a narrower fix, landed in #6.

The advisory is against a copy of postcss nested under next, not the one this app depends on directly, so raising the direct range does nothing on its own — and bumping next to a new major to reach a patched transitive dependency is a much larger change than the problem needs. #6 adds an overrides entry instead:

"overrides": { "postcss": "^8.5.26" }

which pins every copy in the tree, including the nested one. Verified: npm audit reports 0 vulnerabilities in both apps, npm ci succeeds in both (it had been failing on a drifted lockfile), and both production builds are green.

The Next major is worth taking on its own schedule, with the origin-trial header and the replay iframe tested against it — not as a side effect of a postcss patch.
