Move all docs to root URL (routeBasePath: /), remove separate landing page, logo links to revisium.io.

Serve docs at the site root by removing the
/docs/prefix and the standalone landing page. The navbar logo now links to https://revisium.io and opens in the same tab./docs/...to root paths (/...), as/docs/URLs are no longer valid.Written for commit 370de7e. Summary will update on new commits.
