TypeScript 6 requires explicit type declarations for CSS side-effect imports (`import '*.css'`). Add src/types/css.d.ts to satisfy the type checker when importing global stylesheets. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
