• Upgrade Xote from 6.4.0 to 7.1.0
• Migrate the removed Node API to View
• Replace ReactiveProp with MaybeSignal
• Update the Yarn lockfile

Verification

• make dev-playground-build
• Verified the playground loads and reaches the ready state
• Verified source changes compile successfully and produce JavaScript
• Confirmed there are no browser console errors
