OIDC trusted publishing is confirmed working (reply-cli@0.3.0 is live on public npm via OIDC + provenance). This strips the temporary diagnostics: the Diagnose OIDC prerequisites step, --loglevel verbose, and the debug-log dump. The essential OIDC setup (registry-url + _authToken strip + npm upgrade + npm publish --provenance) is unchanged.

Ref: REPLY-51236

OIDC trusted publishing is confirmed working (reply-cli@0.3.0 shipped).

Drop the diagnose step, verbose flag, and debug-log dump.
