OIDC trusted publishing is confirmed working (reply-cli@0.3.0 is live on public npm via OIDC + provenance). This strips the temporary diagnostics: the
Diagnose OIDC prerequisitesstep,--loglevel verbose, and the debug-log dump. The essential OIDC setup (registry-url +_authTokenstrip + npm upgrade +npm publish --provenance) is unchanged.Ref: REPLY-51236
