The variable color and texture of the background image means that every UI element needs to have some kind of background to guarantee it'll be visible.

The lightbulb could probably do with a background (and both buttons probably need a solid background so they're always high enough contrast)

Looks like everything has a background now.

Personally, I still find that quite difficult to read. I wonder if we would be better off giving everything an opaque background instead.

Note also, that the TileMaker sidebar menu also need attention.
