Align resource node catalog counts with main world

Summary

• scope the normalized catalog to main-world resource records and keep test-map, visual mesh, water-volume, deposit, and blocking-volume noise in the raw diagnostic file
• normalize omitted cooked purity enum values to normal
• keep fracking cores as separate records for save override matching while matching Satisfactory Calculator's node/satellite/geyser layer counts

Validation

• dotnet run --project tests\SatisfactoryIconExtractor.Tests
• powershell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\scripts\check-repo-hygiene.ps1
• full extraction smoke test produced 625 normalized records: 459 regular nodes, 118 resource well satellites, 31 geysers, and 17 resource well cores
• regular node and resource well satellite resource/purity counts match the provided Satisfactory Calculator screenshots
