- Added configurable InteractableToys to replace SS keybinds in InteractableObjects.
- IOs with the configured keybinds will now automatically create Toys for interaction which skips the SS keybind process.
- These toys are interactable with the base-game interact button, which can be unique per player.
- There are some new config additions to support this
- Fixed some issues with HealthObjects and DeadDelay actions

I just fixed the issue with ServerSpecific keybinds. Previously if you had no other plugins with SS settings then this might show up, now it should always show up.

Legacy release that should be backwards-compatible with older AMERT schematics that were created prior to this port's creation.
In the future this legacy version will probably not be maintained very much, and will be incompatible with schematics created with future versions of the plugin. Use this version if you have not updated any old schematics.
Fixes:
- Fixed some backwards compatibility issues with legacy schematics.
- EffectGivingModules should work correctly with old schematics now.
Issues:
- HealthObjects do not register shooting events still, but they are correctly affected by grenades
