Summary of Changes

Closes #1552.

This PR introduces a dedicated "Terms and Conditions" page and links it within the site navigation:

  1. New Route (/terms):

    • Created a standalone static Terms and Conditions page in src/app/terms/page.tsx.
    • Outlines key terms tailored to Reframe's client-side, local-first architecture:
      • Acceptance of Terms
      • Nature of the Service (browser-based WebAssembly video processing)
      • User Responsibilities & Content Ownership (users retain complete ownership of media; no server storage)
      • Acceptable Use Policy
      • Intellectual Property (Open Source)
      • Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS" / "AS AVAILABLE")
      • Limitation of Liability
      • Changes to Terms
    • Styled consistently with src/app/privacy/page.tsx and the rest of the application theme (light, dark, high contrast).
    • Includes static metadata for SEO.
  2. Footer Integration:

    • Added a "Terms & Conditions" link under the Navigation section in src/components/Footer.tsx alongside Privacy Policy and Contact.

Verification

  • npx tsc --noEmit — 0 errors.
  • npx eslint src/app/terms/page.tsx src/components/Footer.tsx — 0 errors.
  • npx next build --webpack — Static export successfully generated ○ /terms with 0 errors.
