Back-merge main into develop (v0.16.2)
Delete UPSTREAM_VERSION, the release step that read it and the tag-message text built from it, its entry in the test.yml docs-only skip list, and the paragraphs about it in README.md, README.ko.md, AGENTS.md, docs/BRANCHING.md and docs/VERSIONING.md. Drop the sync/upstream-<tag> branch type from the docs.
Drop the legacy .opencode config directory from core and CLI config discovery, `redrob mcp` config lookup, TUI theme discovery and the plugin theme installer, and stop migrating legacy opencode.json(c) files in tui-migrate (redrob.json migration stays). The skill cache version marker is now .redrob-version.
Send "redrob" as the Cerebras third-party integration id, and rewrite comments in cli/ui.ts, github.handler.ts, ide/index.ts, mcp/index.ts, share-next.ts and session/llm/AGENTS.md to describe our code only.
README.md, README.ko.md and AGENTS.md no longer describe the project as a fork; license notices are referenced through NOTICE.md. The GitHub action answers only /redrob and /rr and names its branches redrob/<type>...; the changelog script runs `redrob run`; release notes are written to redrob-release-notes.txt. nix/node_modules.nix points at packages/redrob/package.json. The workspace dev script and the debug plugin now agree on /tmp/redrob-workspace-dev-data.json. Package docs, specs and perf notes say Redrob Code and .redrob.
Remove the tests for the legacy .opencode config directory and the upstream x-opencode-directory header, both gone. Rename opencode provider ids, paths, helper names and fixture text to redrob. Brand guards build the old word at runtime so it is not spelled in source.
