What does this PR do?
Removes the unused
@types/webpackdependency and its orphaned entries frompackage-lock.json. Webpack 5 provides its own type definitions.What issues does this PR fix or reference?
None.

npm run buildpassed, including lint, production bundling, and l10n copy.
